MSC Jarmen

The Motoballsportclub Jarmen eV is a motorsport club from Jarmen in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern . The MSC Jarmen is on MotoBall specialized and plays in the Moto Ball League - Group North.

The association was founded in Jarmen in 1972. The first motorcycles were made suitable for Motoball through the personal contribution of the then members. The Jarmen received support from MC Malchin . The Jarmen club became a separate sports group of the ADMV . The first game against an away team took place in 1974 against MC Malchin and ended in a 7-0 defeat. 1975 succeeded the first victory against the second team of MC Malchin.

In 1986, 1988 and 1990 the MSC Jarmen became the GDR champion. Jarmen Motoballer were accepted into the national team of the GDR and took part with this in the 1990 European championship against the Netherlands .

In 2003 the final of the German Motoball Championship took place in Jarmen. In 2005 a youth group was founded.
