SX 125

MZ 125 SX

The SX 125 is a light Enduro with a four-valve -Einzylinder- four-stroke engine with two overhead camshafts , 124.4 cc capacity, a six-speed transmission, a power of 11 kW (15 HP) at 9,000 min -1 and a speed of 110 km / h .

In 2004 the French Army ordered 502 MZ SX 125 units. The machines were delivered in black and are also equipped with hand protectors, top cases , tank bags and stronger engine protection.

SM 125

MZ 125 SM

The SM 125 is a light supermoto and differs from the SX primarily in the tire dimensions and secondary transmission adopted from the RT 125 as well as the 30 millimeter lower seat height. As part of the "Super Moto Inter-DM", the so-called MZ Youngster Cup will be held on the MZ SM 125. The Cup version has a Wilbers shock absorber, harder Wilbers springs in the fork and a sports exhaust system from Sebring.

The machines are models that are as close as possible to series production with very minor modifications. Well-known young drivers have emerged from the MZ Youngster Cup (e.g. Nico Joannidis )
