Ma'nu
Ma'nū is one of the few inscriptions attested to as a ruler of Hatra , who ruled from 115 to 117. Only in one inscription does he have the title of ruler mry ' . It is a statue base written on three sides. The inscriptions on the other two sides of the base indicate the years 148/149 and 156/157. However, since rulers of Hatra have already been recorded for these years, Ma'nū may have officiated earlier. In fact, in his reports on the events that preceded the Parthian campaign of Trajan , Cassius Dio (68,21,1) also mentions a ruler ( phylarchos ) of Arabia by the name of Mannos , who is probably the same Ma'nū.
