Maeve Kinkead
Maeve Kinkead (born May 31, 1946 in New York City ) is an American actress .
She began her acting career in 1977 with the US soap Another World . In 1980 she moved to the Springfield Story . There she played the role of Vanessa Chamberlaine-Lewis until 1987. However, she returned from 1989 to 2000. Since then she has made guest appearances there. Most recently in October 2007.
For her role as Vanessa she was nominated five times for an Emmy. In 1995 she finally received it.
A few years ago she developed breast cancer but was cured
Maeve Kinkead has been married to Harry Streep , Meryl Streep's brother , since 1980 . The two have two children, Abraham and Maude, and live in New York City.
