Magdalena Holztrattner

Magdalena Holztrattner (* 1975 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian theologian , poverty researcher and religious educator . Since 2013 she has headed the Catholic Social Academy Austria .

Live and act

She studied theology and religious education at the University of Salzburg and San Salvador and was then involved in interdisciplinary research projects on poverty and justice and the like. a. engaged in Latin America . At the University of Kassel , she acquired knowledge in the areas of organizational development, supervision and coaching and completed training in moderation. She worked as an adult educator at the University of Salzburg and at the Religious Education Institute in Salzburg. In 2013 she was appointed director of the Catholic Social Academy of Austria by the Austrian Bishops' Conference .
