resonance

The independent company Real Story Group (formerly CMS Watch ) has included Magnolia in its comprehensive CMS market overview. Magnolia is there with z. B. eZ Publish and Clickability assigned to the category "Mid-Range Products".

A comparison in the magazine iX from December 2007 compared Magnolia in version 3.0.2 with the editing systems Apache Lenya and OpenCMS and pointed out that Magnolia “is the only one of the three systems to use the Java content repository standard JSR-170”. In the conclusion, design and ergonomics were highlighted: “[The CMS] makes the best impression in terms of architecture and surface.” Regarding the differences between the differently licensed variants, it was stated: “While the paid Enterprise Edition has a large range of functions, it is missing the free Community Edition has some important functions such as the page designer and versioning.
