Maks Kraczkowski (born March 9, 1979 in Warsaw ) is a Polish politician , local politician and since 2005 a member of the Sejm in the V. and VI . Electoral term.

He graduated from high school at the age of 16. He then finished his law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw .

Since 2001 he has been a member of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice - PiS). From 2003 to February 2005 he was the chairman of the youth organization of this party: Forum Młodych PiS (Forum of Boys - PiS). He is the secretary of the board of the PiS, the party's deputy chairman for the Warsaw region and the party's ethics committee deputy.

From 2002 to 2005 he was a city councilor in Warsaw and chaired the revision committee of the city council. In the 2005 parliamentary elections , he was elected to the Sejm for the Piła constituency from the list of PiS. In the 2007 Sejm elections , he was confirmed as a member of the PiS with 11,756 votes. He is a member of the Sejm Commissions for Legislation and Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Economics.
