Malena Grisel Alterio Bacaicoa (born January 21, 1974 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentinian - Spanish actress.

She is the daughter of the actor Héctor Alterio and her brother is the actor Ernesto Alterio .

In 1974 she went to Madrid and studied drama with Cristina Rota . It owes its popularity to the television series Aquí no hay quien viva .
