Almond parking
The almond Parking is a park in the Swedish capital Stockholm .
It is located on the eastern bank of Södermalm , east of Tegelviksgatan . West is the harbor Norra Hammarbyhamnen . The small park is designed as an oval and consists of an oval lawn, which is surrounded by a row of wild cherry and wild pear trees, also designed as an oval . The length of the park is about 70 meters, with a width of about 50 meters.
The adjacent apartment blocks are named after nectarine , almond and peach . The naming, like that of the park ( German : Almond Park ), is reminiscent of the former use of the area as part of the formerly largest Stockholm harbor for trading in colonial goods .
