Manfred Hubele

Manfred Hubele (born March 18, 1940 - December 4, 2011 ) was a German sports reporter .

Life

Hubele worked for the Saarländischer Rundfunk from 1973 to 2005 and gained fame as a football and motorsport reporter.

The motor sport was his passion. But boxing , billiards and soccer were also among Manfred Hubele's specialties. In 1973, the native of the Palatinate joined the Saarland Broadcasting Corporation under the then sports director Werner Zimmer . For many years he reported on the sporting events in Saarland on radio and television . Among other things, he moderated the ARD Bundesliga conference on radio . In addition to his job as a sports reporter, Hubele liked to appear on stage as a hand-made speaker during the carnival season . He ended his career in 2005 with the Saarländischer Rundfunk.

Manfred Hubele died on December 4, 2011 at the age of 71.
