Manfred Klauda

Manfred Klauda (* 1936 ; † 2000 ) was a lawyer and world record holder in pedal car driving .

Klauda was included in the Guinness Book of Records because he had the world's largest pedal car collection with 454 copies and the largest chamber pots collection in the world with 9,400 pieces .

Furthermore, he collected and sifted figures and illustrations to Nikolaus , Knecht Ruprecht , Santa Claus and Santa Claus ; In doing so, he brought together around 500 exhibits that provide information about the roles and appearance of these figures from the Middle Ages to the present day.

He reached the world record in solo pedal car driving with a distance of 458.8 km when he drove from Munich to Dresden, where an exhibition of his pedal car collection took place in the Transport Museum. Klauda died in a traffic accident in 2000. His Center for Extraordinary Museums had to close a few years after his death; some of the exhibits were sold.
