Manfred Kramer

Manfred Kramer (born July 6, 1939 in Bellheim ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

In 1953 Kramer began an apprenticeship at the Deutsche Bundespost and then worked there. In 1981 he passed the examination for the higher service, became a postal inspector and graduate in administration.

In 1966 Kramer became a member of the CDU, the JU and the CDA . In 1973 he became local chairman in Bellheim, 1980 chairman of the district association Germersheim . He was a member of the Bellheim municipal council, where he was chairman of the CDU parliamentary group, and also a member of the Germersheim district council, where he was initially deputy chairman and, from 1993, chairman of the CDU parliamentary group in the district council. On November 18, 1981, Kramer moved up to the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate . He belonged to this for more than two decades, from 1991 directly elected in the constituency of Germersheim . In 2003, Kramer resigned from his state parliament mandate.
