The constituency of Germersheim (constituency 51) is a state electoral district in Rhineland-Palatinate . It includes the municipalities of Germersheim and Wörth am Rhein , which are not part of the association , as well as the municipalities of Bellheim , Hagenbach , Jockgrim and Rülzheim and thus the largest part of the district of Germersheim . Originally the Verbandsgemeinde Kandel also belonged to it, this was assigned to the constituency Südliche Weinstrasse with the state elections in 2006 .
Currently, Martin Brandl (CDU), successor to Thomas Gebhart , who was directly elected in 2006 , and Barbara Schleicher-Rothmund (SPD) are the members of the state parliament of the constituency (as of May 18, 2011).
