Matthias Joa

Matthias Joa (born December 28, 1981 in Speyer ) is a German politician of the alternative for Germany .

Life

After secondary school, Joa completed an apprenticeship as a banker from 1999 to 2002 . He then worked for three years as a customer advisor and, at the same time, completed his Abitur at the technical college in Speyer . From 2005 to 2009 Joa studied business law at Pforzheim University . From 2010 he worked at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg , initially as a consultant in the field of contract management, then from 2012 as a manager in the field of participation models. Matthias Joa lives in Westheim .

From 2004 to 2009 he was a member of the CDU the local council Lingenfeld on. In 2013 Joa became a member of the AfD, since 2014 he has been a member of the AfD district executive in Germersheim. In the state elections on March 13, 2016 , he was elected to the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate .
