The constituency of Kaiserslautern I (constituency 43) is a state electoral district in Kaiserslautern in Rhineland-Palatinate .

To re-establish the constituencies for the 1991 state elections, the constituencies were assigned the districts 01 (inner city east), 02 (inner city southwest), 03 (inner city west / Kotten), 04 (inner city north / Kaiserberg), 05 (Grübentälchen / Volkspark), 08 ( Bänjerrück / Karl-Pfaff-Siedlung ), 09 (Kaiserslautern-West), 10 (Erzhütten / Wiesenthalerhof) and 16 (Hohenecken). Although the city districts in the core city (01 to 10) have now been dissolved, this division remained in place for the 2011 state elections.
