The constituency of Koblenz (constituency 9) is a state electoral district in Rhineland-Palatinate . It covers the entire area on the left bank of the Rhine in the independent city of Koblenz . The area on the right bank of the Rhine belongs to the constituency of Koblenz / Lahnstein .
