Anna Köbberling
Anna Köbberling (* 13. January 1967 in Göttingen ) is a German politician of the SPD and since May 2016 Member of the Parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate .
Life
After graduating from the Max-Planck-Gymnasium in Göttingen in 1986 and a stay abroad at the Millersville University of Pennsylvania , Köbberling studied Eastern European history, political science, public law and Russian at the University of Bonn . In 1988/89 she was chairman of the AStA university. In 1991 she completed her studies with a Magister artium . This was followed by a doctorate at the University of Tübingen with the dissertation topic The Cliché of the Soviet Woman. Stereotype and self-image of Moscow women between the Stalin era and perestroika , which she completed in 1996.
Köbberling joined the Rhineland-Palatinate state service in 1993 and worked in the state chancellery . From 1995 to 2000 she was the personal advisor and press spokesperson for the representative of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate at the federal level and for Europe and later advisor for labor, social affairs and health. From 2000 to 2004 she worked at the Chamber of Crafts in Koblenz as a consultant for fundamental questions and as a project manager, from 2005 to 2008 she worked as a consultant at the Structure and Approval Directorate North in Koblenz . At the end of June 2008 she was transferred back to the State Chancellery. From October 1, 2015 to 2016, she was Vice President of the Supervision and Services Directorate in Trier .
Köbberling is a member of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt and IG Metall . She is married and has three children.
politics
From 2000 to 2010, Köbberling was a board member of the SPD city association Koblenz. Since 2016 she has been chairwoman of the SPD local association Metternich-Bubenheim. Since 2014 she has been chairwoman of the Working Group of Social Democratic Women in Koblenz. From 2004 to 2009 she was a member of the Koblenz city council. On May 18, 2016, she succeeded Deputy David Langner , who had been appointed State Secretary, in the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament. In the state parliament she is a full member of the budget and finance committee, the committee for society, integration and consumer protection, the legal committee and the auditing committee. She is budgetary and financial policy spokeswoman for the SPD parliamentary group.
