The constituency of Ludwigshafen am Rhein II (constituency 36) is one of two state electoral districts in Ludwigshafen am Rhein in Rhineland-Palatinate . It includes the districts of Gartenstadt , Maudach , Oggersheim , Oppau and Ruchheim .
