Manfred Zimmermann (born December 31, 1956 in Cologne ) is a German manager.

Career

Manfred Zimmermann was active as a racing driver in the Renault 5 Cup, Renault Europe Cup and Formula 3 from 1978 to 1986 . In the 1990s he worked for the sports management agency IMG Mark McCormack u. a. responsible for the marketing of tennis events such as the German Open at Hamburg's Rothenbaum and the ATP World Championship in Frankfurt as well as for motorsport. In the mid-1990s, he moved to T-Mobile as Marketing and Sponsorship Manager , where he a. a.
