Manga fever is a German-language manga - anthology that in 2005 Tokyopop published.
Seven works by promising young mangaka from German-speaking countries that are loosely related to the title topic were included in the anthology. A special purpose of the publication was to examine a possible further subcontracting of the individual authors through reader ratings of the individual stories.
Anike Hage , Olga Rogalski, Detta Zimmermann, Marie Sann , David Füleki and Reyhan Yildirim are among the authors who were allowed to publish independent works at Tokyopop after Manga Fieber .
In the meantime, two follow-up volumes with the same concept have been published.
