Mange Schmidt (* 1973 in Vasastaden , Stockholm as Bo Magnus Schmidt ) is a Swedish rapper .

Career

Mange Schmidt became known for his songs, which were translated into Swedish by hip-hop classics . His music has a simple style that is partly reminiscent of 1980s American hip hop. His rap style describes itself from influences from Finnish-Russian and Turkish.

In 2003 his first album Greatest Hits came out, in which the most famous songs were recorded by him. Magnus had his first chart success with Glassigt , who came in 31st place in 2006. Toxic , which was created in cooperation with Petter in the same year, had the biggest breakthrough with number 2 in the Swedish charts. The album Samtidigt, i Stockholm came out in autumn 2006, this only took 32nd place. He had the second biggest chart success with the song Jag talar ut , which took 8th place in 2007. Känslan kommer tillbaks , Magnus' third album, was 18th in 2007 and was therefore more successful than the second album. In 2008 the song Inget att förlora came out , this place 17th and with less success. The song Vet att du förstår had a small success in 2009 with 14th place. However , Schmidt had little success with the last two songs Ledig and Wingman .
