Manitoba Hydro Place is a tall office building in Winnipeg , Manitoba , Canada . Located on 360 Portage Avenue, it reaches a height of 112.5 meters and has 22 floors. The building serves as the headquarters of the Canadian utility Manitoba Hydro . 1650 people are employed in the administration. In addition, the building houses several shops and cafes. When completed in 2009, it was the fourth tallest building in Winnipeg.

It is one of the few ultra-modern buildings in the world known as the Green Building . The term refers to buildings that are designed, planned, built and operated with sustainability in mind. According to LEED , it meets the Platinum standard.
