The Manning Glacier is a 16 km long glacier in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . From the Mawson Escarpment it flows between the Helmore and Greenall glaciers in a westerly direction to the Lambert glacier .

Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) from 1956 and 1960 were used for mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after John Manning (* 1937), who led ANARE teams several times between 1969 and 1974 to survey the Prince Charles Mountains .
