Manoochehr Shafaei
Manoochehr Shafaei ( Persian منوچهر شفایی; * September 23, 1949 ) is an Iranian journalist and human rights activist . He is the founder and owner of Azadegy magazine, and the founder and chairman of the Association for the Defense of Human Rights in Iran.
At the Asian Games in 1974 he won the bronze medal in singles and the gold medal with the team in saber fencing . He is the inventor of patented non-flammable materials.
