The Mantayupan Waterfall is located on the island of Cebu , about 45 km southwest of the provincial capital Cebu City in the municipality of Barili .
The waterfall has two steps, the first of which is the main attraction at 98 m. The water then collects in a basin, from which part of the water is diverted for a local waterworks. The second drop level has a drop height of 14 m.
