Manuel Sarmento

Manuel Sarmento is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of FRETILIN .

In the 2001 elections, Sarmento was elected to 29th place on the FRETILIN list in the Constituent Assembly, which became the National Parliament of East Timor when it became independent on May 20, 2002 . Sarmento was a member of Thematic Committee I.

In the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2007 Sarmento no longer stood as a candidate.
