Manuel da Costa Guterres
Manuel G. da Costa Guterres (born January 25, 1968 in Uato-Lari , Portuguese Timor ) is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT) party and party secretary in the municipality of Viqueque .
From 2012 to 2017 Guterres was a member of the National Parliament of East Timor . He was previously a civil servant. In the 2017 elections , Guterres was only a substitute candidate on the CNRT's electoral list in 76th place and thus left parliament.
