Manuela Brandenstein

Manuela Brandenstein (* 1957 in Moers , North Rhine-Westphalia ; † December 26, 2004 in Khao Lak , Thailand ) was a German actress , screenwriter and voice actress .

Life

Together with her partner Helmut Schweiker, Manuela Brandenstein wrote numerous scripts for television productions, including the crime thriller At the End of Truth with Jennifer Nitsch and the crime series SOKO Leipzig and Die Sitte .

As an actress she could be seen alongside Ulrich Wildgruber in the drama Leitmotiv and in the television crime thriller Kalte Sonne as well as in the television film Das Warm Geld .

Manuela Brandenstein also worked as a voice actress and lent her voice to Vivica A. Fox (Soul Food) and Patti Yasutake as Alyssa Ogawa in Spaceship Enterprise: The Next Century, among others .

In December 2004 Manuela Brandenstein was spending her vacation with Helmut Schweiker on the west coast of Thailand when the Sumatra-Andaman quake struck on December 26th . Manuela Brandenstein was hit by the tidal waves . Her body was found three days later.
