Manuela Reibold-Rolinger
Manuela Reibold-Rolinger (born October 12, 1964 in Wiesbaden ) is a German specialist lawyer for building and architectural law , television presenter and author .
Life
In 1984, Reibold-Rolinger began studying law , which she completed in Mainz in 1988 . Afterwards she was trained as a fully qualified lawyer at the public prosecutor's offices in Bad Kreuznach and Mainz and at the Mainz police headquarters. In 1993, Reibold-Rolinger founded the law firm Reibold-Rolinger, which, in addition to building and architectural law, specializes in the fields of contract law , residential property law and tenancy law . She is the owner of " Bauherrenberatung Rhein-Main" and founder of Bauglück GmbH. In 1997, Reibold-Rolinger became a lawyer of trust of the Bauherrenschutzbund eV Berlin and has been working for this consumer protection organization ever since. In 2006, Reibold-Rolinger was appointed as a specialist lawyer for building and architectural law by the Koblenz Bar Association. Since 2008 she has been working as an arbitrator according to the Arbitration Rules for Construction.
Manuela Reibold-Rolinger has worked as a legal expert and presenter for various television formats on the broadcasters RTL II , SAT1 , SWR , VOX and ZDF as well as on radio since 2000 .
Since 2011 she can be seen, together with John Kosmalla, as a presenter in the RTL II program Die Bauretter .
Together with John Kosmalla , she wrote the e-book “Die Bauretter - 22 Tips for Building Luck”.
Since 2011, Reibold-Rolinger has been holding training seminars for private builders and property buyers in the Rhine-Main area.
In November 2015, the format The License to Build with her started on ZDF WISO . In April the license for rent was published.
In October 2016, Droemer Knaur Verlag published her book That was not drawn in in the plan . In February 2019 her new book "No reason to complain. How to get your rights without a judge" was published by the Gütersloh publishing house.
Ms. Reibold-Rolinger has been a board member of the KriminalPrävention Foundation, Rhineland-Palatinate, since 2014.
