This article deals with the history of Croatia as a participant in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest .

Preliminary decisions

From 2003 to 2006 there was a preliminary decision. The contribution and interpreter for 2014 were selected internally.

Participation in the competition

Croatia is the first winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Dino Jelusić . On the other hand, his sister Lorena only achieved 12th place in 2005. After 3rd place in 2004 and 10th place in 2006, the competition was withdrawn from 2007 onwards. In 2014 they returned to the JESC after a seven-year break, but finished last with 13 points, twelve of them from the EBU itself. With actually one point (from San Marino), the Croatian contribution 2014 is the worst rated contribution in the history of the Junior Eurovision Song Contests. Therefore, Croatia canceled its participation for 2015 as well.
