Marc Dysli (born December 11, 1981 ) is a former Swiss floorball player . He was a national player until 2012 and played in the position of defender for the Floorball Tigers . In 2013 he ended his career as a player and has since been head of sport at the Floorball Tigers.
Career
As a player
society
Dysli started his career at UHC Bümpliz-Oberwangen . In 1998 he moved to Floorball Köniz in the NLB and a year later finally in the highest league in Switzerland to Floorballzaezwil-Gauchern . In the 2002/2003 season, Dysli moved to UHC Alligator Malans in the canton of Graubünden. After two seasons, the national player was brought into the Swedish elite series at IBK Dalen by Urban Karlsson , who already knew him as the Swiss national coach . The Swiss international stayed there for five years before moving back to Switzerland in 2009 to join the team that was to replace the Gäziwil-Gauchern, the Unihockey Tigers , where he played until he retired in 2012.
National team
From 2000 to 2012 Dysli was also a member of the Swiss national team, for which he completed 122 international matches, scoring 14 goals and 21 assists. After Matthias Hofbauer and Michael Zürcher, he is the player with the third most appearances in the national team (as of 2016). He took part in all world championships between 2004 and 2012, before the 2002 World Cup he was out for several months due to a torn cruciate ligament in December 2001 and was unable to take part.
After the end of the home World Cup in 2012 , he announced his resignation from the national squad and three months later also his resignation as a player.
As a sports director
Since summer 2013 he has been head of sport at the Floorball Tigers.
