Marc Fielmann (born July 24, 1989 in Hamburg ) is a German entrepreneur and CEO of Fielmann AG.

Life

Marc Fielmann was born as the eldest child of the entrepreneur Günther Fielmann and his then wife Heike Fielmann in Hamburg and grew up with his father after their parents separated. He was prepared by him to take on tasks within the company and holds 9% of the shares.

Fielmann attended the Stormarnschule high school in Ahrensburg up to grade 10, then the Schloss Salem school . After leaving school, he studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In his private life, Fielmann is an ambitious photographer.

Since June 1, 2019, Fielmann has been married to the native Russian Irina Pecherskikh.

Professional background

Before joining the family business in 2012, he gained industry experience at Luxottica and the Safilo Group, among others .

Since April 12, 2018, Marc Fielmann has been Chief Executive Officer for the areas of public relations and marketing and operational management, and since February 5, 2019, he has also been responsible for corporate strategy.

In 2019 Marc Fielmann was Germany's youngest CEO of a listed stock corporation.
