Marc Raabe

Marc Raabe (* 1968 in Cologne ) is a German writer .

life and work

As a schoolboy, Marc Raabe made Super 8 films with a friend and founded a film production company with him after graduating from high school . Parallel to his work as a film producer, he studied theater , film and television studies as well as German language and literature , but broke off his studies prematurely in order to be able to devote himself entirely to his company.

In 2012 he published his first novel Editing by Ullstein Verlag , followed by his second thriller Der Schock in 2013 by the same publisher. Both novels were for weeks on the bestseller list of the mirror . In February 2018, the author's fourth thriller, Key 17 , the first volume in the series about Tom Babylon, was released.

In addition to his work as a freelance writer, Marc Raabe is managing director and partner in a television production company and lives with his family in Cologne.
