Marc Seylan (born November 27,  1992 in Saint-Denis ) is a Swiss basketball player .

career

The son of a Swiss man with Turkish roots and a mother from Benin grew up in Paris . As a teenager he lived briefly with his family in Zurich before returning to France. He played basketball at Stade Français, Paris-Levallois, GC Zurich and Paris Basket Racing before moving to the United States, where he first played for the basketball team at St. John's Northwestern Military Academy (state of Wisconsin ). In the 2013/14 game year he was part of the team at Kennedy-King College in Chicago . He then moved to the New Mexico Military Institute and played there during the 2014/15 season. From 2015 to 2017 Seylan was in the squad of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (first division of the NCAA ). In a total of 45 missions he scored 1.1 points per match for the “UMES” team.

Prior to the season 2017/18 Seylan moved to BC Boncourt in the National League A . He stayed there for one season and was then without a club until February 2019 when he was signed by the national league team Pully Basket  . In the summer of 2019 he returned to BC Boncourt .
