Individual evidence

  1. According to Tischtennisschau 1971/5 (November 1971) page 23, the table tennis players Mario Mariotti , Hugo Urchetti and Meyer de Stadelhofen were "together about 140 years" old in 1971. In 1971 Mario Mariotti (* 1940) was 31 years old and Hugo Urchetti (* 1919) was 52 years old. From this it follows: In 1971 Marcel Meyer de Stadelhofen was around 140 - 31 - 52 = 57 years old, consequently born around 1914. TT show online (accessed on March 4, 2015)
