Career

society

Rodrigues' first years in the senior sector were characterized by many club changes. From 1996 to 1998 she was active in three different clubs. Only then did she stay with Osasco Voleibol Clube for several years . However, Rodrigues celebrated her greatest successes at club level in 1997 at Leites Nestlé , because with this team she became Brazilian champion and Club South American champion. Further major successes should not be seen until the end of her time at Osasco with the Brazilian runner-up and winning the Salonpas Cup in 2002.

Further positions followed within Brazil until 2006, until Rodrigues finally moved abroad at the end of her career. In 2007 she won the French championship and cup win with RC Cannes . After a season in Italy with Monte Schiavo Jesi , she moved to Russia , was Russian runner-up with Zarechie Odintsovo in 2009 and then ended her active career.

National team

Although Rodrigues had become vice world champion with the U20 of Brazil in 1995, she was initially not considered for the senior national team . She only made her debut with the national team in 2001, but took part in the 2002 volleyball world championship and finished 7th with her team.

Rodrigues also took part in the World Grand Prix with Brazil in 2002 and 2003 , where he finished 4th and 8th respectively.

2005 was by far her most successful year with the national team. Together with her team, she won the South American Championship , the World Grand Prix, the Montreux Volley Masters and the Grand Champions Cup this year . A year later, Rodrigues also won the Pan American Cup with Brazil.
