Marco Colli

Marco Colli (* 1950 in Florence ) is an Italian film and television director and screenwriter .

Life

From the late 1960s Colli worked as a theater actor and director on various stages, such as the Teatri Stabili of Rome, Bozen and Trieste, where he worked with Gabriele Lavia and Alessandro Fersen . In the 1980s he devoted himself to the cinema, initially as a screenwriter for Cinzia Th. Torrini and others; He made his debut as a director with the short film Modi di vivere , dedicated to his father, the philosopher and philologist Giorgio .

As a result, he often worked for television, but also directed for the cinema, with which he could not achieve great success.
