Marco Remus is a German DJ and music producer in the electronic music scene .

Life

In 1994 Marco Remus started his DJ career. In the beginning, the focus was more on house , but it quickly became clear that his passion was more Chicago and Detroit techno. His first appearances were on a smaller scale at private parties in his hometown (Sömmerda) in East Germany. Due to its increased popularity, club appearances in the entire German-speaking area were added after a short time, such as Stammheim in Kassel , Tresor in Berlin, U60311 in Frankfurt am Main, raw material warehouse in Zurich and the Zulu Club in Austria .

In 2000 Remus founded his own booking agency Stereo 70 and his own record label Nerven Records . The booking agency organizes parties with young and talented young DJs in the east of Germany. The record label got off to a good start in the scene and was able to earn a good response with numerous releases.

Remus has also published on other labels, such as Kidazz.fm, Knedeep, the label of DJ Rush .

Music genre

Marco Remus is known for his style of hard beats, with which he can inspire his audience. His style is generally somewhere between techno , minimal and minimal techno .
