Marcus Diniz

Marcus Plínio Diniz Paixão (born August 1, 1987 in Vitória ) is a Brazilian football player on the position of defender who is under contract with Serie A club AC Milan .

Career

In his youth he played in his homeland with Caxias ES , CR Vasco da Gama and EC Vitória . In July 2005 he moved to AC Milan in the youth team, where he played for two years. In July 2007 he made it into the professional squad. He was then awarded to the Italian clubs AC Monza Brianza , AS Livorno , FC Crotone and again AS Livorno. In July 2010 he was loaned to FC Parma , where he dissolved his contract after a month. He was then loaned to KAS Eupen in Belgium .

He caused a stir when, on September 18, 2010, in a game between his club KAS Eupen and Germinal Beerschot, he gave the referee a light kick in a tussle in the final minute. He was banned from the Belgian Football Association for seven games.
