Marek Stefański

Marek Stefański (* 1969 in Rzeszów , Poland ) is a Polish organist .

He studied from 1989 to 1994 at the Academy of Music in Kraków , organ at Joachim Grubich (with distinction). From 1996 to 2007 he served as organist at the Marienkirche in Krakow operates from 1999 professor of the organ department at the Music Academy Krakow .

Winner of the organ competitions at the Festival d'Orgue Forum Européen d'Art Sacre 1993 (1st prize). Stefański gives concerts in various countries in Europe , Asia , South and North America ; Radio, TV and record recordings in Poland , Russia , Belgium and Germany .
