Marek Stolarski

Marek Janusz Stolarski (born March 4, 1963 in Bytom ) is a Polish politician of the Ruch Palikota (Palikot movement) .

Marek Stolarski was born in Bytom, but grew up in Gliwice where he still lives today (2012). He studied political science with a focus on European studies at the Silesian University in Katowice and graduated in 2008 with a master's degree . In the same year, Marek Stolarski became the regional head of a financial advisory company and received a license from the Polish financial regulator.

He was a member of the Federation of Democratic Left , but switched to Ruch Palikota and was involved in building the structures there. In the 2011 parliamentary elections he was on the list of the Ruch Palikota. 12,739 voters in the constituency 29 of Gliwice voted  for him, giving him a mandate for the Sejm . In the Sejm he works in the committees for environmental protection, natural resources and forest as well as physical culture, sport and tourism (as of March 2012).
