Marek Toman
Marek Toman (born June 24, 1967 in Prague ) is a Czech diplomat and novelist, poet and translator.
He studied philosophy at Charles University , worked for Czech Radio and in the diplomatic service in Estonia and Hungary. In his literature he is passionately devoted to Jewish culture - the culture of his father that he lost early in life. The common theme of his books is intergenerational relationships.
