Maren Kruse

Maren Kruse (born June 14, 1957 in Hamburg-Bergedorf , nee Haak ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Kruse trained as an industrial clerk and business economist. She worked as a commercial clerk, authorized signatory and assistant. She is a member of the workers' welfare organization and deputy chairwoman of the wastewater association.

In 1985, Kruse joined the SPD. She was a civil member of various committees, parliamentary group chairwoman and community representative as well as mayor of Escheburg .

In the 15th electoral term, from 2000 to 2005, Kruse sat in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament . She was directly elected in the Lauenburg-Süd state electoral district. Kruse was the deputy chairman of the agricultural committee.

Kruse is married and has two children.
