Margaret de Percy

Margaret de Percy (born around 1318 in Warkworth Castle ; † September 2, 1375 ) was an English noblewoman.

Margaret de Percy was the eldest daughter of Henry Percy, 2nd Baron Percy and his wife Idoine de Clifford. Her first marriage was on January 20, 1340, Sir Robert de Umfraville, the only son of Gilbert de Umfraville, 9th Earl of Angus . The marriage remained childless. After the death of her husband, before May 25, 1368, she married William Ferrers, 3rd Baron Ferrers of Groby, who was also widowed . This marriage also remained childless. Her husband died in 1371, Margaret was buried after her death in 1375 in the Franciscan Church of Chelmsford , Essex .
