Margareta Klobučar

Margareta Klobučar (* 1977 in Sisak , Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian singer with a soprano voice .

Life

Klobučar began her vocal training at the age of 13 with Marica Pernar at the Fran Lhotka Music School in Sisak . She completed her vocal studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz .

In 1998 she won first prize at the Ferruccio Tagliavini international singing competition in Deutschlandsberg . Klobučar made her debut at the Vienna Chamber Opera as Euridice in Christoph Willibald Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice . From 2001 to 2015 she was a member of the ensemble at the Graz Opera, where she sang over 45 roles. She had guest appearances in Berlin, Hamburg, Essen, Leipzig, Prague, Stuttgart, Marseille, Nancy, Trieste, Zagreb, Zurich, under Fedosejev , Harnoncourt , Jordan, Feltz , Hindoyan, Bareza , Repusic, Klobucar and others. a. In addition to her stage appearances, she regularly sings oratorios and recitals.
