Margarete Stöcker (* 1961 ) is an author and lecturer for care and support areas as well as psychiatric illnesses . She specializes in facial expressions and body language for people with dementia . Furthermore, her focus is on nursing management, the nursing documentation system and psychiatric illnesses.

Career

After completing his nursing training, Stöcker trained as a specialist nurse for psychiatry. After many years in various fields of activity in a psychiatric hospital, she switched to management positions in long-term inpatient care.

Parallel to her professional career, Stöcker studied nursing management , after which she became self-employed as a trainer, speaker and coach. Further training and further education followed as well as two courses: Master of Arts in Management for social and health facilities and Master of Science in Prevention and Health Psychology.

In 2014, Stöcker further developed mimic resonance to specialize in mimic resonance for people with dementia .

Margarete Stöcker is married and has two sons.
