Margit Humer-Seeber

Margit Humer-Seeber (born July 6, 1923 , † April 25, 2008 in Innsbruck , Austria) was an Austrian actress , radio announcer and program designer for ORF Tirol.

Life

Until 1956, Humer-Seeber was a spokesperson and program designer. She wrote fairy tales with the dream man she conceived. She was a trained actress and, together with Walter Reyer, shaped post-war broadcasting in the 1950s. In 1956, she stopped working for the radio and became a freelancer for ORF Tirol.

Margit Humer-Seeber headed the Pettnauer Volksbühne until 2001 . Under her direction, Faith and Home and Der Brandner Kaspar were performed , among others .

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Volksbühne Pettnau, the play Katzenzungen was performed in 2001 . This was the last demonstration under the direction of Margit Humer-Seeber.

After she left the Volksbühne in 2001, the chairman Georg Engel took over the management of the plays.
