Margot Antillano

Margot Antillano (born May 13, 1916 , † January 3, 1975 ) was a Venezuelan theater, television and film actress .

Career

Antillano took part in the radio play El misterio de los ojos Escarlatas on Radio Caracas , recited Latin American poems with Pancho Pepe Croquer on Ondas Populares and hosted a program on classical music for children on Radio Nacional de Venezuela . As a theater actress, she performed at the side of Carmen Antillano , her sister, Paul Antillano , Jorge Mistral , Luis Sandrini , Jesús Maella , Carlos Cámara , Esteban Herrera , Héctor Monteverde , Héctor Mayeston , Héctor Hernández Vera , Hilda Vera , Cecilia Martínez , Doris Well , Eva Blanco , Eva Moreno , Yolanda Méndez , Josefina Guinand , Mahuanpi Acosta , Gladis Hernández , Conchita Ascanio , Martha Olivo and others at the Teatro Municipal of Caracas, at the Teatro Nacional , at the Teatro Alberto de Paz y Mateos , at the Pequeño Teatro del Este , in Argentina, Barbados, Chile and Mexico. On television, she appeared on several series and a number of television adaptations of popular dramas. The feature film, Surcos , in which she had a role, was never shown.
