Margot Steinel

Margot Steinel (* 1964 ) is a German professor of ecotrophology .

From 1983 to 1988 she studied ecotrophology at the Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan . In 1992 she did her doctorate here in the field of nutritional science. From 1988 to 1994 she worked at Georg Karg's chair . In 1994 she was appointed Professor of Economics in Home Economics at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg (Saale) . Her research interests include the quality and costs of domestic services.
