Margrit Olfert
Margrit Olfert (born Herbst ; born February 10, 1947 in Magdeburg ) is a former German athlete .
Starting for the GDR , she was successful in the long jump and pentathlon in the 1970s . Her greatest success is third place in the pentathlon at the European Athletics Championships in 1971 . She was GDR champion in the long jump in 1970 and 1971 and in the pentathlon in 1971. In 1971 she was also long jump champion in the hall. Margrit Olfert belonged to the SC Magdeburg . During her competition time, she was 1.73 m tall and 68 kg.
